COACHE makes it a lot easier to move forward.
"What I like about COACHE is that first of all it works with data; we're in higher education, so data is important to us. Secondly, it's the networking aspect of it: first, with COACHE staff; and secondly, with other partners. I’ve had conversations with other COACHE universities, we’ve read materials together and had discussions about it, and we’ve networked at a level that normally we wouldn’t be able to, and I really appreciate that opportunity."

About
The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) is a Harvard-based consortium of institutional leaders who are taking cost-effective steps to improve outcomes in faculty recruitment, development, and retention. Under COACHE, academic leaders at more than 250 colleges, universities, and systems have strengthened their capacity to identify the drivers of faculty success and to implement informed changes.
Why Join COACHE?
With partnership, COACHE provides a survey and diagnostic report, along with regular consultations to senior academic leaders on how to make meaning and take action from the data. Enrollment in COACHE is open to two and four-year colleges, universities and state university systems. Space, however, is limited in each academic year.
