Two panels discussed challenges and innovations as members of the higher education community engage in work to broaden participation and promote equity in science.  Panelists shared experiences with cross-disciplinary collaborations and interventions, encouraging individuals and ASHE as an organization to re-think their efforts to have a greater impact.
