SESSION: Florida State University Faculty Fellows program leveraged the talents, interests, and perspectives of a team of mid-career faculty members to help analyze, interpret, and disseminate the results of the Faculty Satisfaction Survey. This session will describe the creation of the FSU Faculty Fellows program, the impact the fellows had on the strategic use of this institution’s survey results, and the impact of the experience on the fellows’ career trajectories.
