Prior to joining COACHE, Annie worked as a K-12 art teacher at an international school in China for two years where she advocated for art-infused climate education and the development of visual literacy. Annie first joined COACHE as a student intern while pursuing a Master’s degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and became deeply appreciative of COACHE’s approach as a research-practice partnership. Currently, as an instructional designer, Annie is responsible for designing and developing partner learning modules for understanding and engaging with the Faculty Retention and Exit survey data.
