SESSION: COACHE findings for mid-career faculty satisfaction, combined with institutional qualitative studies, have informed a suite of approaches to supporting faculty success at mid-career. This session will share UMass-Amherst findings and initiatives to support and reward tenure-stream and non-tenure-stream faculty, including those whose trajectories follow non-traditional paths.
