DESCRIPTION:<strong>EVENT:</strong> Negotiation Process and Terms<br><strong>DATE:</strong> March 17, 2023<br><strong>TIME: </strong>1:00pm – 2:30pm EST<br><strong>AUDIENCE: </strong><span style="color:#ff0000;"> Intended for partners who have received their Faculty Retention and Exit Report.</span><br><strong>SESSION:</strong> Once faculty pursue and receive an outside offer, institutions have a narrow window of opportunity to negotiate a counteroffer. This workshop will explore how faculty perceive the process and terms offered during the negotiation process. Who received (and did not receive) a counteroffer? What were the contractual terms most important to retained faculty?
