DESCRIPTION:<p>	<strong>EVENT:</strong> Faculty Characteristics and Search Process (Spousal Partner)<br><strong>DATE: </strong>February 17, 2023<br><strong>TIME: </strong>1:00pm – 2:30pm EST<br><strong>AUDIENCE: </strong> <span style="color:#ff0000;">Intended for partners who have received their Faculty Retention and Exit Report.</span><br><strong>SESSION:</strong> This workshop will focus on understanding the faculty invited to participate in the Faculty Retention and Exit Study. Participants will develop an understanding of respondent and non-respondent characteristics and parse out distinctions between faculty who left the institution and those faculty who were successfully retained. We will also examine data related to spousal partner hires. Additionally, the session will focus on the myriad of population file variables that can quantify departures' actual costs. Finally, the group will discuss the missing data by asking, "What other data could institutions use to increase their understanding of this dimension of faculty mobility?" <br><strong><a data-url="http://bit.ly/3kNQSS4" href="http://bit.ly/3kNQSS4" target="_blank" title="Registration Link">REGISTRATION LINK</a></strong></p><p>	 </p>
