UChicago News: "Academic careers survey helps focus pre–tenure faculty support"

The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education named the University of Chicago one of 32 exemplars in supporting the career development of pre-tenure faculty in three benchmark areas: the overall nature of work, the nature of work as it relates to research and the nature of work as it relates to teaching.
