COACHE's Executive Director and Principal Investigator, Kiernan Mathews, will be joining the Chronicle of Higher Education and a panel of higher education leaders to discuss faculty well-being right now. Seventy percent of tenured faculty say their work-life balance has decreased in 2020, and workload increases have been particularly acute for female faculty.

This virtual forum hosted by Liz McMillen, executive editor at The Chronicle, will gather a panel of higher-ed leaders to explore the challenges and opportunities of helping faculty in their jobs and lives. The session will share results from the exclusive survey and offer ideas for what faculty are looking for.
