**AUDIENCE:**  Intended for partners who have received their Faculty Retention and Exit Report.  
**SESSION:** This workshop will address the elephant in the room, that is, exploring factors that faculty considered while deciding to leave or remain at their university. The session will begin with a review and tutorial on COACHE's three approaches to capturing faculty perceptions. Group discussions will allow partners to delve into their report results and consider the differences that emerge based on factors such as race, gender, and discipline.
