**SESSION:** Florida State University Faculty Fellows program leveraged the talents, interests, and perspectives of a team of mid-career faculty members to help analyze, interpret, and disseminate the results of the Faculty Satisfaction Survey. This session will describe the creation of the FSU Faculty Fellows program, the impact the fellows had on the strategic use of this institution’s survey results, and the impact of the experience on the fellows’ career trajectories.

**EVENT: From Data Points to Action Steps: COACHE Findings and Supporting Mid-Career Faculty at UMASS-Amherst**

**SESSION:** COACHE findings for mid-career faculty satisfaction, combined with institutional qualitative studies, have informed a suite of approaches to supporting faculty success at mid-career. This session will share UMass-Amherst findings and initiatives to support and reward tenure-stream and non-tenure-stream faculty, including those whose trajectories follow non-traditional paths.

**EVENT: Old Dominion University COACHE Communication Plan Presentation**

**SESSION:** A key component to launching a successful survey is developing and executing a communication plan that engages faculty in a broader discussion of the academic workplace. This session will showcase Old Dominion University's strategic approach to developing and launching their communication plan in advance of and during survey administration to ensure a high survey response rate.
