Benchmark Best Practices
In this first series of promising practices by member institutions, COACHE referred to the 2011-12 cohort's survey results. In determining which institutions' faculty indicated exceptionally high levels of satisfaction across one or more of our survey 'benchmarks,' we then followed up with the institutions to determine what they were doing to create widespread satisfaction. COACHE captured institutions' programs and policies across nine of the twenty survey benchmarks and published them in a series entitled, "Benchmark Best Practices."
